Erin Ragan is a true Carolina girl, born in Asheville, North Carolina, raised on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and educated at St. Mary's in Raleigh and University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her blood runs Tar Heel Blue. She is a Broker with Lake Norman Realty in the Lake Norman area and a Certified General Appraiser licensed in both North and South Carolina. In addition to UNC Chapel Hill, she's a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and also holds a Master of Education degree from Plymouth State in New Hampshire. Erin also has an Interior Design diploma and her second language is Chinese.

Erin has lived in Honolulu, Beijing, Miami, St. Thomas (USVI) and London, UK. Erin was in early childhood education for over 20 years, working with students in Asia, North America, and Europe. She holds two Montessori teaching diplomas, one specializing in ages three through six and one specializing in ages six through nine. She is also an alumnus of the Semester at Sea program, Fall of 1998 voyage.

Erin is a mother to her precious son, loving wife to her British bloke and dog mommy to her adorable Cavapoo puppy. She loves spending time with her family in the Lake Norman area and is dedicated to meeting your real estate needs locally, regionally or globally.
